This light and airy holiday home has balconies and a sun deck. It’s perfect for people-watching in the boatyard or catching the last of the light over the river.

This 3 story apartment sleeps up to 9 people and has a living room and kitchen diner on the second floor. Making the most of those views. Providing comfortable spaces for you to gather.

The pubs, shops and restaurants of Hoveton and Wroxham are a 5 min walk away. If you’d like to travel a little further the fine City of Norwich is within easy reach by car or train. Travel in the opposite direction, and you are in easy reach some of Norfolk’s unspoilt beaches

Stay Sail is in the same block as Spinnaker, Jib Sail, Top Sail and Main Sail

• 2 pets welcome. Charges apply inc refundable security deposit collected on arrival
• Parking for 2 cars is available outside the property
• Towels and complimentary toiletries in each bathroom
• Welcome bag with tea and coffee making facilities and a guide to the area

Day Boat

We provide a day boat free of charge outside school holidays

During the school holidays, we offer a 10% discount on day boat hire. This applies between Fri 26th May and Sun 4th June 2023 & from Fri 21st July – Sun 3rd September 2023.
Dinghy and Paddle Board Hire are also available on request (please phone us to check availability and reserve)

Pets

We charge an extra cleaning fee of £35 per week per dog and a £50 refundable deposit. We collect the deposit at the beginning of your holiday and refund you as you leave
