SPINNAKER
This fantastic holiday property has a large balcony. with a panoramic view over the River Bure, marinas and boatyard. There is no better place for watching Wroxham river life.
Spinnaker has 3 floors, with the Kitchen and sitting room found on the 1st floor. Of the 4 bedrooms, 3 are en suite and the property has a separate shower and toilet on the ground floor
The pubs, shops and restaurants is a minute walk away. If you’d like to explore further, you can jump on a bus or train into Norwich. Drive 20 mins in the other direction and you’ll find lovely (and quiet) beaches.
If you’d like to get closer to the water we provide a day boat with the property outside school holidays. We also hire out paddleboards, canoes and rowing dinghies.

Spinnaker is part of the Sail Loft (and has the lovely large balcony at the end of the property) Jib Sail, Main Sail, Stay Sail and Top Sail are the other holiday homes in the same property
Day Boat
A day boat is provided free of charge outside of school holidays
We offer a 10% discount on day boat hire during the school holidays. This applies between Sat 24th May and Sun 1st June 2025 & from Wed 23rd July – Tue 2nd September 2025.
Canoes are also available to hire on site
Pets
We charge an extra cleaning fee of £35 per week per dog and a £50 refundable deposit. We collect the deposit at the beginning of your holiday and refund you as you leave

We aim to have properties ready by 4 pm on the day of arrival.
Keys to your property can be picked up from Barnes Brinkcraft’s main reception.
Please let us know if you are arriving late, and we will leave the keys in a safe for you.
The welcome pack contains tea, coffee, biscuits and some useful information about the area and a map of the broads.
Provided you have holidayed with Barnes Brinkcraft in the last four years and booked direct with Barnes Brinkcraft, you should receive a hamper on your next visit. Please phone the office if it hasn’t been listed on your confirmation details.
