The upside-down, open-plan design makes enjoying this environment easy. The enclosed courtyard with outdoor furniture and bbq facilities make “home” entertaining a pleasure. And if that’s not your scene the pubs, shops and restaurants are a 5 to 10 min walk away
This waterside holiday cottage is ideally placed for a Norfolk Holiday. The Norfolk Broads on your doorstep. The fine city of Norwich 12 miles away. Beautiful sandy beaches 20 mins drive in the opposite direction
We provide a day boat free of charge outside the school holidays.

Boat Hire
A day boat is provided free of charge outside school holidays
During the school holidays, we offer a 10% discount on day boat hire. This applies between Fri 24th May and Sun 2nd June 2024 & from Fri 19th July – Wed 4th September 2024.
We ask you to collect and return the day boat from our day boat site. When picking up your day boat we ask for a £50 deposit, refunded when you return the boat
Dinghy and Paddle Board Hire are also available on request (please phone us to book)
Pet Charges
We charge an extra cleaning fee of £35 per week per dog and a £50 refundable deposit. We collect the deposit at the beginning of your holiday and refund you as you leave

Keys to your property can be picked up from Barnes Brinkcraft’s main reception.
Please let us know if you are arriving late, and we will leave the keys in a safe for you.
The welcome pack contains tea, coffee, biscuits and some useful information about the area and a map of the broads.
Provided you have holidayed with Barnes Brinkcraft in the last four years and booked direct with Barnes Brinkcraft, you should receive a hamper on your next visit. Please phone the office if it hasn’t been listed on your confirmation details.
