BARNES BRINKCRAFT PRIZE COMPETITION 2024 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Prize Competition for a chance to win the use of a Picnic Dayboat for a one day hire is open to all registered applicants, excluding employees and their immediate families of Barnes Marine Units Ltd (the “Promoter”), its affiliated companies, their agents, or other persons professionally connected with the Prize Promotion.
All participants must be over 18.
Only one winner will be drawn, through random number selection, from the correct entries for this prize. The prize must be redeemed and used completely within 12 months and as such will only be valid until 5pm on the 25th August 2025.
By taking part in this prize competition all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules.
To enter, ‘the entrant’ must enter all of the required details on https://www.barnesbrinkcraft.co.uk/day-boat-competition-2/ and choose one answer from the multiple choice question.
The opening date for receipt of entries is 1am Wed 7th August 2024 (GMT) and the closing date for receipt of entries is 5pm on the 20th August 2024 (GMT). The winner will be notified by the 25th August 2024. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize by the 25th August 2024, the promoter reserves the right to choose an alternative winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed. No responsibility will be taken for technical, telecommunication or website error, proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries will not be counted. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted.
The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
