For extra peace of mind, we’ve added to our robust cleaning programme. We’ve introduced a new antiviral disinfectant spray/fogger that gives an extra measure of confidence.
We’ve also changed our arrival and handover instructions to ensure social distancing is maintained, you can see more about our practices here

Should the UK Government public health measures mean you are unable to travel, or we are unable to provide your boat or holiday home, we offer the following
We can transfer your holiday to a later date (no admin fees). Please be aware that if the cost of your new accommodation is higher than your original booking, then you’ll need to pay the difference

Should you transfer your holiday to similar dates next year we will price match your booking
Refund the full amount you have paid for your booking
