"Wanted to book one of their boats for later in the year, October. We were unsure which one would be best for us, we were in the area so decided to call in to their office at Wroxham, we saw Holly, she was very helpful and gave us some ideas and advice, she also let us have a look around the two boats we were looking at. We made our choice with Holly's help and made the booking there and then. The booking process was very easy and everything was explained, confirmation invoices were issued, we now just sit back and wait for the holiday to arrive. Excellent customer service. "The staff were helpful and polite. The boat itself - Picnic, was perfect for what we wanted. Cooking is doable, especially making a brew. The only think I didn’t take was washing up liquid- cooking bacon made it hard to wash my hands after handling raw meat! Great day out and really useful having the toilet on board."
