Escape to the Broads
Our riverside holiday cottages are right in the heart of Wroxham, with lovely views across the River Bure, marinas and waterways.
Spend your mornings watching the boats go by, wander into Wroxham for lunch, explore the Norfolk Broads, or simply make the most of having somewhere comfortable to relax beside the water.
With Norwich, the Norfolk coast and plenty of Broads attractions within easy reach, they also make a great base if you want to get out and explore.

Many of our cottages are also dog friendly, so there’s no need to leave them behind.

And You Could Get Out on the Water Too
Outside the summer school holidays, our riverside cottage stays include the use of a day boat, giving you the chance to explore the Broads from the water as part of your holiday.
During the summer holidays, day boats are available to hire separately.
